I mentioned in my earlier post my resolution to be a better mom. I failed this morning. I was rushing to get everyone to their schools, searching for mittens and hats and boots, brushing hair and washing faces all while yelling and pushing everyone out the door. When I got home I realized it was my fault for sleeping in. I must get up earlier! It's amazing what an hour earlier can do for a more pleasant morning.

This image reminds me that one day my children will be grown with their own off spring and they will be calling me just like I call my mother begging for advice and desperate for baby sitting. But like this family I will want a photo of my big beautiful family, together....smiling.
